We buy vacant lots ranging from $1,000 to $150,000. We typically focus on lots in the 1-20 acre range.
Notes on single family residential homes are the most common. But we also buy notes on land contracts and commercial properties.
Nope! We encourage note sellers to explore all of their options. If there is a specific amount of cash you need we can structure an offer to fit your needs. Once we have received our portion of the payments, the note is transferred back to the note holder to continue collecting the remaining payments.
Once under contract, we can typically close within 30 days after receiving all the proper documentation from the note holder. Sometimes faster!
